Wisner Teen Arrested Again for Long Test Drive
NORFOLK - A 19-year-old from Wisner has once again been arrested after taking a vehicle for a test drive -- and failing to return it. Norfolk Police Captain Leon Chapman says Kevin Erb was arrested Friday for possession of stolen property after he allegedly took a 1999 Peterbuilt semi-tractor from Norfolk Truck Sales for a test drive. When Erb did not return the tractor, the dealership reported it stolen. Norfolk Police stopped the tractor in the 1100 block of North 25th Street and arrested the driver. On March 16th, Erb was arrested for possession of stolen property when he failed to return a car to a Madison car dealership following a test drive.
