Trail Users Start Letter Writing Campaign
NORFOLK - A letter writing campaign is underway to encourage state officials to look for funding to make repairs to the Cowboy Trail -- which saw damage in the Norfolk area from flooding in June. Cheryl Johnson with the Elkhorn Valley Trails Network says the trail is important to not only Norfolk, but the state.
