Tornado Watch Issued for Eastern Nebraska
VALLEY - The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch in effect until 9 o'clock tonight for part of our listening area. Counties included in the watch area are Burt, Colfax, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Platte, Stanton, Thurston and Wayne. A Tornado Watch means that conditions are favorable for the formation of severe thunderstorms and tornadoes. If severe weather develops, the National Weather Service will issue a warning.
