Three Sentenced in Stanton County Courts

STANTON - Two Norfolk men were sentenced to prison today in Stanton County District Court. Sheriff Mike Unger reports that District Judge Robert Ensz sentenced  Richard Domsch, 37, to 12-to-18 months on two separate theft-related charges. Domsch was arrested last year by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office in connection with the theft of a trailer and then a motor vehicle near Woodland Park. Ensz also sentenced Darren Wolf, 32, to 12 to18 months in prison on a charge of resisting arrest – second offense. Wolf was arrested last fall in Stanton by the sheriff’s office for driving while intoxicated. During his arrest, Wolf attempted to flee in handcuffs. He also was sentenced to 60 days in jail for the DWI conviction. Unger reports that Eric Kluthe, 28, of Norfolk was also sentenced this morning in Stanton County to six months in jail on charges of third-degree domestic assault. He was arrested last year in connection with an assault near Woodland Park.
