Teen Arrested for Sexual Assault of a Child
NORFOLK - A 19-year-old Norfolk man has been arrested for third degree sexual assault of a child. Police Captain Leon Chapman says Justin Legate was arrested Wednesday, following a joint investigation by the Norfolk Police Division and Child Protective Services. Chapman says the victim was a 14-year-old girl who is an acquaintance of Legate's. Legate was held in the Norfolk City Jail overnight and transferred to the Madison County Jail this morning.
