State Games Torch Run Stops In Norfolk
NORFOLK - Norfolk was the final spot on Tuesday's leg of the Cornhusker State Games Torch Run. Run Coordinator Kirk Petereit says torch bearers began the run in Columbus around noon and arrived at the Norfolk Family YMCA six hours later. He tells 106 KIX NEWS the torch run is a reminder for people to sign up to participate in the Games before the May 31st deadline. The Cornhusker State Games take place June 18th through the 27th in and around Lincoln.
