Kansas chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little has reached out to her counterpart at Nebraska, urging him to keep the Cornhuskers in the Big XII Conference.  In an interview with The Associated Press, Gray-Little also said she planned to call Missouri chancellor Brady J. Deaton with the same message.  Nebraska and Missouri have both said they are interested in moving to the Big Ten, which could lead to the death of the Big XII and leave Kansas and Kansas State without a BCS conference.  Gray-Little said she had no indication from chancellor Harvey Perlman as to what his recommendation will be when the Nebraska regents meet on Friday.
