Norfolk Panthers Go For The Gold
NORFOLK - For the first time since 1987, the Norfolk high panthers are in the Class A Boys State Basketball Tournament after a thrilling finish in its Friday semi-final game against Omaha Creighton Prep. Brady Lollman laid the ball in as time expired, giving the Panthers a 53-51 win over the Junior Jays. The Panthers now take on Omaha Central in the Class A Final. It was the same story for the Eagles in their semi-final game with a 53-52 win over Lincoln Southeast. The Class Final will be held tonight at 7:00 at the Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln.
