NORFOLK - The maintenance engineer for District Three Nebraska Department of Roads says his crews put in more than 28,000 hours of overtime this winter because of the snow. Kevin Domogalla told the State Highway Commission many of his crew spent Christmas and New Year's at DOR shops, away from their families.
