Snow Emergency Violation Fine Increases
NORFOLK - The Norfolk City Council has increased the fee for a snow emergency violation from 25 dollars to 50 dollars. City Attorney Clint Schukie says the new fee is in line with what other cities charge, will hopefully allow for better compliance and improve snow removal.
