Shopping Spree On A Stolen Debit Card
NORFOLK - Norfolk Police have arrested a local woman who has been accused of stealing another woman's wallet and using her debit card. Rhonda Severson, 46, was arrested on Wednesday after she tried to return some of the $850 dollars in items she bought with the card at Alco. Police Chief Bill Mizner says Severson also used the stolen debit card at Walmart, Hy-Vee and Weaver's Package Liquor.
