Sen. Nelson Views Area Flood Damage
NORFOLK - Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson came to northeast Nebraska Friday to get a first hand look at flood damage in the Elkhorn Valley. He took a helicopter ride over the area southwest of town where a railroad bridge fell into the river, claiming the life of Jeff Scholl. And the senator toured Love Signs, one of the businesses damaged by floodwaters. Nelson also stopped in Neligh to view flood damaged there.
