Seat Belts Save Lives
NORFOLK - Seat belt use saves lives-- it's just that simple, according to Nebraska State Patrol Sergeant Jon Goode. He says 18 of the 21 people killed in cars in June were not wearing a seat belt. Goode says one-vehicle rollover accidents are especially deadly on rural roads, and that 14 of the fatalities in June were the result of one-vehicle accidents.
