Rise In Nebraska Hispanic Owned Businesses
LINCOLN (AP) - An economic snapshot from the U.S. Census Bureau says the number of Hispanic-owned businesses grew nearly 56 percent in Nebraska. A bureau report released Tuesday says that over the period of 2002-2007, the Nebraska number of Hispanic-owned businesses grew to more than 3,000. In the report, the Nebraska numbers ran ahead of national figures for all businesses.
