Repairs Underway On Area Highway
NIOBRARA - Crews have begun repairing flood-damaged roads in Nebraska. In Northeast Nebraska, Highway 12 is now open both east and west of Niobrara. Department of Roads District Engineer Kevin Domogalla says the roadway itself is in better condition than they expected, but there are reports of damage to the shoulders.
