Pilot Killed In Crop Dusting Crash
RUSHVILLE (AP) - Authorities say a Colorado pilot died in the crash of the crop-dusting plane he was flying over fields in the Nebraska Panhandle. Deb Collins of the Nebraska State Patrol says the plane hit a power pole in a field four miles east of Rushville around 1:20 p.m. MDT on Sunday. The pilot was pronounced dead at the scene. Collins says he was identified as David Bickle, 44, of Wiggins, Colo. Collins says the Federal Aviation Administration is conducting an investigation.
