One Injured In Pierce Accident
PIERCE - Alcohol may have been a factor in an injury accident early Friday morning in Pierce. According to a news release from the Pierce County Attorney's office, the Pierce Police Department was called to Highway 13 and Chilvers Street where a northbound vehicle on the Highway left the road and struck a parked semi-trailer. The male occupant of the car was flown to a Sioux City hospital for treatment of his injuries. His name is not being released at this time. The release says the accident remains under investigation.
