NSP Conducts "Safety Saturdays"
NORFOLK - The Nebraska State Patrol has kicked off a two month enforcement to make the roads safer on weekends -- specifically Saturday nights. Troop B Lieutenant Steve Terry in Norfolk says Safety Saturdays allows for troopers to change work schedules so more officers are available for the extra enforcement. Troop B will conduct the enforcement this Saturday night and again one more time in August.
