North Fork River Flood Warning
PIERCE - A flood warning remains in effect on the North Fork River near Pierce from late Friday night through Monday evening. The National Weather Service reports as of 1:45 p.m., the stage was at 10.5 feet -- a foot-and-a-half below flood stage. Minor flooding is forecast. The North Fork River at Pierce will rise above flood stage after midnight tonight and continue to rise to near 13.1 feet by early Sunday morning. The river will fall below flood stage by Monday morning. At 14 feet, the access road to the river gauge site is flooded.
