Norfolk's Population Drops During The 2000s
NORFOLK - Norfolk saw a jump in its population of 238 people in 2008-09 -- the second highest one year jump in the decade of 2000-to-2009. But University of Nebraska Center for Public Affairs Research Coordinator David Drozd says Norfolk's population was down overall during the decade.
