Norfolk Waste Water Lines Need Repairs
NORFOLK - Whether it was age or recent floodwaters from the Elkhorn River, the City of Norfolk needs to repair some 21 and 36 inch interceptor lines leading to the waste water plant. Public Works Director Dennis Smith says the 21-inch pipe is part of the city's original sewer system.
