NORFOLK - Concrete improvement work continues today in several sections of Norfolk. That includes reconstruction on two residential intersections at 12th Street and Minnelusa Avenue and 11th Street and Park Avenue -- and on two alleys downtown north and south of Norfolk Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets.
