Norfolk Police Division Busy In 2009
NORFOLK - The Norfolk Police Division had a busy year in 2009, with total calls for service up slightly for the first time in seven years. Police Chief Bill Mizner says criminal calls were up about four-and-a-half percent, and traffic enforcement was up 13.7 percent, largely because of complaints from citizen about improperly parked vehicles.
