Norfolk Murder Trial Delayed

MADISON - The trial of a 21-year-old man accused of killing another man at a Norfolk party has been delayed until November. The trial of De'Aris Trice was scheduled to begin Tuesday. It's been delayed until Nov. 1, at his request. Trice is charged with second-degree murder in the Dec. 26 slaying of Timothy Warren Jr. According to court records, a witness told police that Trice stabbed Warren, 27, while Warren was fighting another man at a Norfolk home. Several people had gathered there early on Dec. 26 after leaving Club Hollywood in Norfolk.
