Norfolk Man's Death Ruled Accidental
NORFOLK - The death of a Norfolk man who reportedly jumped into the Elkhorn River over the weekend, has been ruled as an accident. That's according to Madison County Attorney Joe Smith. Smith tells 106 KIX NEWS an autopsy was conducted Tuesday in Omaha on the body of Larry Dickey. He says an investigation continues into the accident. Dickey, 42, had jumped from the Elkhorn River bridge on First Street Saturday evening. A search was conducted that evening and Sunday. Family and friends found his body about 100 yards to the east on Monday.
