Norfolk Man Arrested For Domestic Assault
NORFOLK - A Norfolk man accused of holding his ex-girlfriend in a van and assaulting her is in the Madison County Jail. Norfolk Police Captain Leon Chapman says Eloy Medina, 22, was taken into custody following the incident Tuesday night. He says Medina struck the woman three times in the face after she bit him to get him off of her. He is charged with third degree domestic assault -- second offense, a protection order violation and a Madison County Warrant for theft.
