Norfolk City Council Priority Goals
NORFOLK - The Norfolk City Council is scheduled to approve its list of priority goals for the year at its meeting Monday night. At a Council work session earlier this week, City Administrator Al Roder said the top goal -- as was reaffirmed at a recent Council retreat -- continues to be recreation facilities, specifically an aquatic center and enhancements at Memorial and Ta-Ha-Zouka Parks. The other goals are continued improvement of an economic development program; implementation of a parks and recreation facility master plan; improving internal and external city communications and development for new city administrative offices.
