Norfolk Capital Outlay Program Reviewed
NORFOLK - The Norfolk Planning Commission has forwarded the city's ten-year Capital Improvement Plan to the City Council for its consideration. City Operations Manager Gary Miller says the plan contains proposed items of $50,000 or more. Two of the larger projects are improvements to Memorial and TaHaZouka Parks and a proposed new city administration building.
