Nebraska AIDS Walk Is Sunday
NORFOLK - The annual Nebraska AIDS Walk will be held Sunday in Norfolk -- at the same time walks are planned in Omaha, Lincoln, Hastings, Kearney and Scottsbluff. Participants will spend about 30 minutes walking around the Northeast Community College campus, picking up information about the Nebraska AIDS Project. Local AIDS Project Case Manager Christin Woockman says the walk is a fundraiser for the Nebraska AIDS Project, but raising money is not a requirement for those wanting to walk.
