More Restaurants In Downtown Norfolk
NORFOLK - Some new businesses are expected to open soon in downtown Norfolk. At a recent town hall meeting of the Vehicle Parking District, board member Connie Geary said two restaurants are planning to open in the downtown area by early fall.
