Mental Evaulation Ordered For Area Teen
TEKAMAH (AP) - A mental evaluation has been ordered for a Tekamah teen charged as an adult in the sexual assault and killing of his 4-year-old half sister. A doctor has been appointed to determine whether Christian Wilcox, 14, is competent to face charges. The teen's attorney says his client has the mental capacity of a second-grader.
