Madison Co. Budget Tax Request Up Slightly
MADISON - The budget to fund Madison County's governmental operations will be up slightly compared with a year ago. County Commissioners approved a motion this week that calls for a property tax levy of 40.9 cents per $100 of valuation, up one cent over last year.
