Lt. Governor Candidate Stops In Norfolk
NORFOLK - Anne Boyle says she didn't twice about joining the Democratic gubernatorial ticket. The longtime member of the state Public Service Commission is Scottsbluff attorney Mike Meister's running mate in the November election. While in Norfolk today, Boyle told 106 KIX NEWS Meister is capable, intelligent and confident man and would do a fine job serving as governor. Boyle was actually among those responsible for where she is today after Democrat Mark Lakers dropped out of the race over campaign finance irregularities. She called for him to drop his campaign.
