Heavy Rain Expected Today
NORFOLK - Heavy rain is likely today across portions of northeast Nebraska. The National Weather Service reports a very moist atmosphere ahead of a cold front will lead to occasional showers and thunderstorms across eastern Nebraska today into this evening. Pockets of heavy rain falling on already saturated ground from recent rain could lead to flash flooding.
