Governor To Be In Norfolk
NORFOLK - Norfolk will host the governor this afternoon. Governor Dave Heineman will attend a 3:30 ribbon cutting at Milk Specialties at 805 West Omaha Avenue. The company produces innovative milk protein and whey-based products for the sport nutrition and healthy lifestyle industries. Milk Specialties currently employs 45 workers in Norfolk -- 33 of whom were once employed by Protient. Heineman will also speak at a graduation ceremony for the latest Leadership Norfolk class at 2:30 at the Lifelong Learning Center.
