Governor Offers Help to Restore Rail Service
NORFOLK - Governor Dave Heineman says the state wants to help get rail service restored in Norfolk. After touring the Elkhorn Valley by helicopter Wednesday, Heineman held a conference call with Norfolk city officials to see how the state could be involved in replacing the railroad bridge that failed on Tuesday.
