Go Red For Women
NORFOLK - Several hundred women in red will gather tonight in Norfolk. "Go Red For Women" is an evening of information and fun in efforts to educate women about the risks and effects of cardiovascular disease. Valda Ford -- CEO and founder of the Center for Human Diversity will be the keynote speaker. Funds raised go to American Heart Association programs. The wait staff is all men. They include Governor Dave Heineman as number of local well-know men -- including Abe Schoenherr and Rick Randy of 106 KIX.
