Four Apply For Vacant Council Seat
NORFOLK - The Norfolk City Council will meet in special session on Monday to fill a vacant seat on the Council. Four men submitted applications by Monday's deadline to be considered for the job -- Frank Kuehler, John Hoile, Thad Murren and Todd Wolverton. The person selected will fill Erik Wilson's remaining two years on the Council. He stepped down earlier this month after moving to another part of the city.
