Foster System Payment Concerns
NORFOLK - Foster families and the agencies that serve them are asked to report any problems with reform efforts to Health and Human Services. Todd Reckling, director of the Division of Children and Family Services, says he is aware of late payment issues and other problems as the state works to reform the child welfare system and juvenile services. Norfolk State Senator Mike Flood says he would also appreciate calls about these issues.
