Flood Warning Extended To 4:30 P.M.
NORFOLK - The National Weather Service has extended a flood warning until 4:30 this afternoon for Cuming, Madison and Stanton counties. Over the noon hour, local law enforcement reported Highway 81 was still closed from Highway 91 at Humphrey south to Highway 22 from flooding from Union Creek. Radar has estimated one-to-three inches of rain has fallen in these areas overnight. Other small streams in Madison County may also flood -- including Maple Creek and parts of Pebble Creek.
