Flood Relief Effect Waning
NORFOLK - The immediate need for relief services in the Elkhorn Valley is diminishing, but relief agencies are still available to help anyone in need. Heather Claussen with the Northeast Nebraska Chapter of the American Red Cross says her agency continues to distribute cleaning supplies to flood victims.
