Elkhorn River Flood Warning Canceled
WEST POINT - A flood warning has been canceled for a portion of the Elkhorn River. The National Weather Service issued the warning late Monday afternoon on the river at West Point. But as of 7:15 Monday evening, the river stage was at ten feet -- two feet below flood stage. The Elkhorn crested below flood stage at 11.6 feet. The area received three-to-five inches of rain early this morning.
