Early Morning Arrest on Drug Charges
NORFOLK - Norfolk Police have arrested a 20-year-old Norfolk man on charges of drug possession with intent to deliver following an incident early this (Monday) morning on North 14th Street. Police Captain Leon Chapman says officers observed a small plastic wrap with a green substance fall out of Cody Dittman's sock when he ran into a house at 302 North 14th Street about 2 o'clock this morning. Officers also found two plastic wraps with a white powdery substance in Dittman's socks. The green substance is believed to be marijuana, and the white substance in one of the wraps tested positive for methamphetamine.
