Downtown Norfolk BID Plan Postponed
NORFOLK - Plans to re-create a Business Improvement District in downtown Norfolk have been postponed while the group discusses alternative methods of assessment. Vehicle Parking District Board member Connie Geary says a tiered assessment is now being considered, and a revised plan will be brought before the City Council at a later date.
