Council Gets Economic Development Update
NORFOLK - Norfolk now has an LB840 economic development plan in place. Dave Simonsen, executive director of the Elkhorn Valley Economic Development Council, says local officials agree that funding from the plan should go toward incentives. Norfolk citizens voted to provide $400,000 annually for the program.
