Constitution Day In Norfolk
NORFOLK - Students from three Norfolk schools will join others from the area today in taking part in a Constitution Day program. Nebraska Supreme Court Justice John Gerrard, formerly of Norfolk, will take part in the 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. programs at the Lifelong Learning Center. Wayne State College professor Don Hickey will portray one of America's founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton.
