Congressman Views Norfolk Flood Damage
NORFOLK - First District Congressman Jeff Fortenberry got a first hand look at flood damage in the Norfolk area Tuesday. Before the tour of the area southwest of the city, Fortenberry said he and his staff are doing everything possible to expedite the Corps of Engineers permit process so that bank stabilization and bridge repair can begin.
