Clerk Very Disappointed in Voter Turnout
MADISON - Very disappointing -- That's the way Madison County Clerk Nancy Scheer describes the 26.65% voter turnout in Tuesday's Primary Election. Scheer had predicted a 35% voter turnout because of the ballot issues and contested city council races in Norfolk and two contested races for county officials.
