Civic Group To Distribute Flood Vouchers
NORFOLK - The Lions Club International Foundation has awarded a 10,000 dollar grant to the area district, including Norfolk, to be used for flood relief efforts. Spokesman Randy Ritterbush says Norfolk will receive half the grant to be used to create 100, 50 dollar vouchers that can be used to purchase certain items such as bottled drinks, food, cleaning supplies and medication. They can be used only at either Norfolk Hy-Vee location. Contact the Northeast Nebraska Chapter of the American Red Cross at 371- 0393 to see if you qualify.
