Can You Text and Walk At The Same Time?
NORFOLK - Recent studies show that most people cannot send a text message on their cell phone -- and walk. Nebraska State Patrol Sergeant Jon Goode in Norfolk says if that's true, then it certainly is not wise to text and drive. He suggests drivers shut their phones off when driving if at all possible, and use a hands free device to talk if necessary.
